Wayne J Zufelt

Wayne J. Zufelt was born on November 14, 1953 in Midway, Utah to Alvin Zufelt and Geniel Probst Bartholomew. Wayne passed away at home on October 27, 2025.

Wayne grew up in Midway, Utah and graduated from Wasatch High School. Following High School, he joined the Navy where he served for 4 years.

Wayne enjoyed art and was very good at drawing and painting.

He loved the outdoors and spent lots of time at Deer Creek, Snake Creek, and Strawberry Reservoir where he enjoyed the beautiful scenery and fishing.

Wayne had a heart of gold and would give anything to anyone who needed it. He loved spending time with the grandkids when they would visit and spent the past couple years caring for his mother.

Wayne is preceded in death by his father, Alvin Zufelt; his mother, Geniel Probst Bartholomew; his step father, Edwin Bartholomew; his sister, Charlotte Zufelt; and his brother, Timothy Zufelt. He is survived by his sister, Rosemary Beattie.
