Vera Lee Day, age 68 passed away on Monday February 18th 2019 in Midway.
Born June 1st, 1950, in Fort Madison, Iowa. The daughter of Jim and Elberta Huett.
She married Barry Day, August 27th 1979 in Ely, Nevada. She had a great love for everyone she met. She was a hard worker and and enjoyed doing so. She worked for many years at Daniels Summit, Smith’s in Heber and at the Abbington. She made friends wherever she went. She always wanted to help everyone she could and loved to give gifts. She was the best grandma and never passed up a chance to spend time with her 7 grandchildren. They were her world.
Preceded in death by her husband Barry, mother and Father, brothers Dale and Arthur. Survived by three daughters: Dutchess (Phil) Monden, Lorie (Brandon) Day and Heather (Travis) Fitzgerald. 7 Grandchildren and 2 Great grandchildren. Her Brothers, sister, nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Friday February 22nd, at 1:00 PM with a visitation prior to the service 12:00 PM-1:00 PM at Probst Family Funeral 79 East Main St. Midway. Condolences may be shared online at probstfamilyfunerals.com
