Valerie Dian Jensen Negm

Valerie Dian Jensen Negm was born Nov. 30 1960 in Price, Utah to Larry Dean Jensen and Valene McCourt. She was a very devoted daughter, mother and grandma. She graduated high school in Carlsbad, New Mexico. .After that she met and married Mark Allen Thompson. They moved to Ferron Utah and had 5 children: Hollie, Jacob, Elise, Samantha and Dakota. Her kids and grandkids were her biggest joy in life. She adored and loved her kids and grandkids and they her. She was an EMT in Ferron for about 15 years. She then divorced Mark and moved her and her kids to Heber, Utah to be closer to her mom where she started a housekeeping and landscaping company and did very well. She loved cooking and crochet. She was a very giving person and would give anyone anything and often did at her own expense, but that was her way. Her heart was that big. She is preceded in death by her father Larry and grandparents. She is survived by her mom Valene, kids: Hollie (Geoff) Smith, Jacob (Colleenia) Thompson, Elise (Andy) Ross, Samantha Gaither, Dakota Thompson and grandkids, Will (Kaylie) Smith, Nate Smith, Aurora Smith, Caitlin Ross, and Kaylee Kranendonk. A thank you to the Park City Hospital staff. They always took good care of her.
Family will greet friends on Saturday, June 22, 2019 from 9:30 to 10:30 am at the Legacy LDS Ward Chapel located at 250 East 200 South in Midway, Utah. A service will follow in the Chapel at 11:00 am. Interment will then take place in the Midway City Cemetery.
