Ruth Elaine Foraker

Ruth Foraker, age 94, died on June 27, 2023 in Oakley, Utah. She was formerly from Inverness, Florida. Born in Salesville, Ohio, she was one of 14 children born to lona Stillions and John Roe. Ruth is survived by one daughter, 5 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her spouse, her parents, 13 siblings, and one daughter.


Private services will be held in Quaker City, Ohio at a future date. There will be no open, public funeral services per Ruth's wishes. We would like to thank everyone at Elk Meadows Assisted Living and Memory Care and Canyon Home Care and Hospice for their kindness and services.
