Roberta Simmons

Roberta Simmons, beloved mother to four children ages 58, 55, 54, and 49 of Heber City, Utah, passed away in her home on April 28, 2024, leaving a void her family cannot fill.

She was born in Heber City, Utah, in 1946, to Ernest LeRoy Simmons and Addie Nielson Simmons. She was a loving, fun, kind, talented, headstrong woman. Roberta was a devoted mother to Kevin K. Simmons, Douglas Lee McKinstrey, William LeRoy McKinstrey, and Pamela Addie Robertson, her pride and joy, and they felt that in the love and support she provided.

Roberta was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Addie Simmons, Itha (Roy) Murdock, Elva (Ray) Ludlow, Rose (Dave) Paxton, Reva (Dutch) Haling, Bruce Simmons, and Ernest LeRoy Simmons Jr. She is survived by Mural (Jack-passed) Laughter, Kevin Simmons, Douglas McKinstrey, William McKinstrey, Pamela Robertson, and many grandchildren; Bobby Lee (Carly) Jenkins, Caleb Justin (Kaitlyn) Jenkins, Joshua Glade and Lacey Jenkins, Ethan Charles (Ashley) Jenkins, Ashley Addie (Jake) Lawlor, and great grandchildren; Wyatt James McKinstrey, Ayden Lee Jenkins, Daxton Strong Jenkins, Elliah Carrie Jenkins, Marcus Oraleous Jenkins, Meagan Elektra Jenkins, Freya Beth Jenkins, Sigurd Adam Jenkins, Jackson Randy Jenkins who will never forget the love she brought to their lives.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Heber Valley Funeral Home, 288 North Main Street, Heber City, Utah, 84032, with a graveside service to follow at 1:00 PM at the Charleston Town Cemetery, 2800 US-189 Scenic, Heber City, Utah 84032.
