Roberta K Overn

Roberta K Overn, our loving mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully in her home at the age of 89 on Feb 13, 2017. She was born Nov 29, 1927 to the late Adelbert Watson and Hope K Watson. Roberta was preceded in death by her husband Knute A Overn, son James D Overn and three sisters, Gwen Schear, Fay Bonner and Phyllis Lange. She is survived by four children, Gregory K Overn, Kristen (David) Bates, Delaine (Davey) Klotz and Steven Overn. She was the loving grandmother of 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Roberta loved the Heber Valley where she lived most of her life. During her younger years she enjoyed many activities, and she loved her church and the members. She was the Matriarch of our family and would do anything for anyone. She always spoke kindly to anyone she came in contact with. She was our best friend and confidant and we will miss her dearly.

A viewing will be held from 9:30-10:30am on Friday, February 17, 2017 at the Heber 6th Ward Chapel (1365 E. Center St., Heber City, Utah). Following the viewing there will be a graveside service at 11:00am in the Heber City Cemetery.
