Rita Simmons Andreason passed away at the age of 92 on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 surrounded by her family. She was born to Albert and Nettie Simmons on August 24, 1925.
Rita married the love of her life Elmer “Lefty” Andreason on August 16, 1969. She enjoyed many hobbies and loved spending time with her children. Her greatest passion was being a homemaker and making sure her family was taken care of.
She is survived by her children Alan (Carrie), Beverly Yeiter, Darwin (Debra) her brother Doyle Simmons, and many grand and great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Elmer, her brother Dale Simmons and her two sons Devon and Terry.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at the Heber Valley Funeral Home (288 N. Main St., Heber City) from 11am-12:30pm followed by a graveside service in the Francis Cemetery at 1pm..
