Rhea Jean Hamilton Watson passed away peacefully on July 14, 2017 in Provo, Utah, from complications of surgery. Rhea was born November 8, 1933 in Park City, Utah to David Floyd and LaPrele Winterton Hamilton. She grew up and attended school in Park City. She married the love her life, Jack Watson, on June 28, 1954 in Ely, Nevada. They loved boating and had many happy memories of friendship cruises, Lake Powell, and Deer Creek. Rhea worked at the Telephone Company as an operator, loved waitressing at the Flying V and the Jordanelle Cafes, Heber Lumbar, the Liquor Store, and most recently, King’s Variety Store, until its closing in May 2017. She loved her job! Rhea was a people person; she never met a stranger. She loved working in her yard, shopping, being in the sun, and her cats. Thank you to all the people who visited, loved, and cared for her. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack, her parents, David and LaPrele, and two brothers, Roy and Rex Hamilton. Survived by her two sisters, Shirlene Walton and Sharon Hernandez and many loving nieces and nephews.
