On Sunday, June 16th 2019 Preston Smith, loving husband, father and grandfather passed away at the age of 61 surrounded by friends and family.
Preston was born June 20th, 1957 to William and Miriam Smith in Park City, Utah.
He married the love of his life DeAnn Marcellin on April 20th, 1977 and raised two children, Aimee Lopez and Preston L. Smith.
He enjoyed working outdoors in construction running heavy equipment of all sorts. He was an avid outdoors man. He enjoyed hunting and fishing as well as camping and spending time with friends and family.
He is preceded in death by his father William, mother Miriam, and brother Bart. He is survived by his wife DeAnn Marcellin Smith, his children Aimee Lopez and Preston and Carolina Smith, grandchildren Balie, Ethan, Asja, Tyrel, and Caio, sisters Doris (Bill) Arko, Kathleen Gradine, Edna Kay Sundquist, and Lawinia Hinkle.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday June 25, from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM at the Heber Valley Funeral Home (288 North Main Street, Heber City Utah). A luncheon will follow the service for family and friends at the Stake Center (150 N 200 W, Heber City).
