Phil Snell Webb

Phil Snell Webb, age 72, died on March 30, 2023 in Provo, Utah. He was born on January 16, 1951 to Robert Webb and Joy Snell Webb in Powell, Wyoming. He married Sharon Webb (deceased) and married Linda Epperson Webb in 1993.

Phil worked, and retired from, Murray City as a Project Coordinator for 30 years. For the last 5 years he worked as a Project Coordinator Inspector for Horrocks Engineering.

Phil was an avid hunter, and enjoyed camping, trap shooting and golfing. Following his grandkids and great-grandkids to rodeo, baseball, football, soccer games and traveling to many moto-cross races. Phil never met a person who didn't become an instant friend.

He is survived by his wife Linda, daughter Jodi Webb (Ryan) Hirsch, Lisa (Kent) Sessions, Launa (Michael) Allsop, Danny (Angie) Lewis. His sister Paula Paul, brothers Guy Webb (Lorellen), Lyle Webb (Julie), seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Joy Webb and his in-laws Eddie and Marie Epperson.

Funeral service will be held on April 6, 2023, 12:00 PM at the Heber City Cemetery. A viewing will be held on April 5, 2023 at the Center Creek Ward Church from 6:00PM - 9:00PM and prior to the graveside service from 10:00AM - 11:00AM.

Thank you to the doctors and nurses at Heber Valley Medical Center and Utah Valley Hospital for the kindness and compassion they showed Phil during his time there.
