Mervin Albert Price, 83, passed away early Monday morning, October 7, 2019. “Merv” was a long time resident of Daniel and a trusted and revered business owner in the Heber Valley. He was a member of the Army National Guard and drove a school bus for the Wasatch County school district. He enjoyed rebuilding cars, snowmobiling and riding his gold wing motorcycle. As many of you know “Merv” really enjoyed a nice slow drive through town. Mervin was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
He is preceded in death by his twin brother Marvin Price younger brother Glen Price parents Albert Price and Melba Bell, his eldest son, Kenneth Price, and granddaughter Jacee Price James.
He is survived by his children, Melvin (Rose) Price, Daniel, Utah, Monica (Lyle) Dimbatt, Page, Arizona, Carl (Shannon) Price, Riverton, Utah, and Christine Price, Parowan, Utah, his brothers Charles and Brent Price and sister Arlene Whitcomb.
Mervin was blessed with many grandchildren and great grandchildren who loved to see him for a treat...He will forever be lovingly referred to as “Candy Grandpa”.
Funeral services will be held Friday, October 11, 2019- 11:00 a.m. in the Daniel Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 2285 South Daniel Road, Heber City, Utah. Viewings will be Thursday from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the LDS Church and on Friday from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. prior to the services at the LDS Church. Interment will follow the services in the Heber City Cemetery
