Margaret Jane Peters

Margaret J. Peters passed away peacefully on September 21, 2024 in Park City, UT. She was a native of New England, most recently of Darien, CT. A talented watercolorist, floral designer and general green thumb, Margaret loved spending time painting, working at her beloved Nielsen’s Florist and walking on the beach. A retailer at heart, her workplaces ranged from the John Jay Audubon Gallery in Key West, Florida, to her own traveler’s book and map shop, Great Explorations. She was an avid traveler, always planning big adventures to exotic destinations. She will be dearly missed by her 3 daughters, 5 grandchildren and many friends.
