Lacy Ann (Workman) Lark, age 34 passed away November 27, 2015. Lacy is daughter of Melody Ann Lark and Larry Ray Lark. Mother of Haylee, Kayden and Phynix, sister to Billy Ray Lark, Brandy Ann Atkinson, Julie (Jackson) Lark, Michelle (Jackson) Lark, aunt to Nathan Ryan Atkinson, Tiffanee Snarrs, Austin Ray Atkinson, Jaidence Ray Lark, Kamden Lark and Dominick Vincent Lark.
She was an amazing daughter, sister, aunt, great aunt, and friend to everyone she came in contact with. She will be dearly missed and always loved and treasured in our hearts. Till we meet again. Rest in peace! We love you!
Funeral services will be held at the Francis LDS Chapel (387 W. Last Frontier Lane, Francis, UT) on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at 11:00am. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the services at the same location. Interment to follow at the Francis Cemetery. Condolences maybe shared online at www.probstfamilyfunerals.com
