Kristin Lynn Bonser passed away peacefully in the early morning on Saturday, August 29, 2020 in Heber City, Utah. She was born August 5, 1956 in Los Angeles, California to Cecil Everett and Gloria Darlene (Martin) Holloway. She was a graduate of Temple City High School in 1973. She married Steven Bonser on November 30, 1974 in Temple City. Together with her husband and her family they moved to the Heber Valley in 1979, developing in the following years the Royal Coachman Mobile Home Park. She worked in catering, event planning, and was always throwing the get together of the season for family and friends with the unforgettable home cooked dishes. As members of the Church of Latter Day Saints, she and her husband were sealed for eternity in the Provo, Utah Temple in 1984, and a year later after the addition of her son Michael, sealed her eternal family. Kristin had the uncanny ability to support her community as a member of the Relief Society and always willing to help anyone who needed it in any way she could.
Throughout her journey in life she faced many trials with her health and endured great loss within her family, still focused on the positives the best she could. In the last years of life, she was greatly cared for at the Rocky Mountain Care Center with support of the staff and her family. The family would like to send great thanks to all the physicians and nurses that treated her like their own family throughout the last part of her life here with us on earth.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and (Darlene) Holloway; her sisters, Jennie Kaye Ferreira, Connie Lee Holloway, and Bonnie (Lloyd) McGuire. She is survived by her husband, Steven; her son, Michael (Amrit) Bonser; her two granddaughters; her nieces and nephew, Connie (Robert) Doan, Jimmy (Angelee) Wiles, Holly Weight; and her brother-in-law, David Ferreira.
Family, friends, and others whose lives Kristin touched are invited to the Heber Valley Cemetery 680 N 550 E, Heber City, UT for the graveside service on Friday, September 4, 2020 at 10 A.M. to reminisce, grieve, and give support to each other and the family.
