Kody Warren Davis, 25 passed away November 30, 2022 surrounded by his family. Kody was born November 4, 1997 in Provo, UT to Kenny and Toni Davis.
Kody came into this world early weighing just 1 lb. 11 oz. Kody was faced with many challenges and struggles throughout his life but this could not deter his strength and his warrior spirit. With a happy heart and a big smile he continued to prove this to all of us time and time again throughout the remainder of his life. Between countless operations and difficult times, he always showed us how much of a fighter he was. Bittersweet, his little body finally had enough and couldn't keep up with his fighting spirit.
For anyone that knew Kody, you know he loved his laps around the house in his wheelchair and the long rides in the truck to and from grandma and grandpas house in Mesquite. He loved going to school and socializing with his friends and teachers. His favorite part was the bumpy bus ride and getting in trouble with Sarah for being too loud in the hallways.
Kody was always smiling and laughing randomly out of nowhere. We always wondered what kind of stories his angels were telling him. Sometimes they must not have been funny because he sure knew how to scowl. He was in his best mood with his biggest smiles when he was enjoying some pudding or whipped cream.
Kody will be greatly missed by anyone that ever got to meet him. His contagious smile and infectious laughter will forever live on.
Kody is survived by his parents Kenny and Toni Davis; sister Amber Davis; brother Kacey Davis (Marisa); grandparents Nolan and Paulette Snapp as well as many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Preceded in death by grandparents Lyle and Bonnie Davis
