Kayla Abygail Huerta

Kayla Abygail Huerta (KK Panda Bear) spread her butterfly wings and flew back to our heavenly father on June 15, 2016 surrounded by her friends and family that loved and adored her deeply.

Many would say that with a smile from Kayla your day would be made. Although she was not able to speak you could tell what she was telling you just by looking at her eyes. Words didn’t need to be said, a smile and a look from her eyes would cure anything that anyone was struggling with.

Many would underestimate Kayla’s strength, from in and out of hospital visit to rough days at home. She always had a smile on her face. She could spend hours in her favorite blue chair in front of the T.V. watching either her favorite TV Show “The baby Channel” or watching her boyfriend “Charlie and The Numbers.” She was a huge fan of country music and that was the only thing that put her to sleep.

With Kayla’s passing we are reminded that life is to precious to put to waste, you have to keep getting up when you get thrown down and always press forward no matter the consequences just like KK Panda Bear. She would press forward with her head held high and always smiling. She also taught us the meaning of “family” she would always bring us together to enjoy each others company and remind each other that we are always going to be here for one another even in the toughest of times.

Kayla leaves behind many wonderful caregivers that at the end of the day became family not caregivers to her. Kayla’s heart extends to those amazing nurses, Brooke, Michelle, Priscilla, Geneva and Corina, as well as her God Aunt Michelle Bellazetin. She loved them all so dearly and enjoyed their company watching endless hours of the baby channel. Also to all those hard working Doctors and Nurses at Primary’s Children Hospital that gave countless hours to be by her side to try and get her feeling better.

Kayla is survived by her loving parents, Diana Torres and Armando Huerta; Sister Denise Lopez, Brothers Fernando Hernandez, Cris Lopez, Armando and Marco Huerta; Grandparents Martin and Leticia Torres and Graciela Vierya; Uncles Omar and Osvaldo Torres.

The family would like everyone in attendance to wear white if possible for the funeral. Thank you God bless!

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 21 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church (5 S. 100 W., Heber City, UT). Friends and family are invited to a viewing on Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Probst Family Funeral Home (79 E. Main St., Midway, UT). Interment will follow at the Heber City Cemetery.

Muchos decian que con una sonrisa de Kayla nos asi el dia. Aunque Kayla no podia Hablar podias saber lo que te queria decir con tan solo una Mirada de sus ojos hermosos. Las palabras sobraban, con tan solo una sonrisa y una Mirada te podia curar cualquier dificultad que tu alma estuviera pasando.

Muchos Subestimaban la fuerza de Kayla, de muchas hidas al hospital, a dias dificiles en casa, Kayla siempre tenia una sonrisa en su rostro. Ella le gustaba pasar horas en su silla azul viendo Television, viendo sus programas favoritos “The Baby Channel” oh viendo su Novio “Charlie Y Los Numeros.” Ella era amente de la musica Country y eso era lo unico que la ponia a dormir. Con la partida de Kayla nos recuerda que la vida es demasiado presiada para desperdiciarla. Nos necesitamos que levantar cada vez que algo nos redumbe. Y siempre empujar hacia adelante no importa las sircunstancias dificiles, asi como KK Panda Bear. Ella tambien nos enseno el verdadero significado de lo que es la familia. Kayla siempre nos juntaba para desfrutar nuestra compania como famila. Y nos hacia recordar que siempre ivamos a estar juntos asta en los momentos mas difíciles.

Kayla deja atras muchas personas que la cuidaron con amor, que al final del dia se convirtieron en familia. Un Pedazito de su Corazon se queda con estas maravillosas enfermeras; Brooke, Michelle, Priscilla, Geneva, Corina. Asi como un pedazo se queda con su tia postisa favorite Michelle Bellazetin. Ella las adoro mucho y disfruto su compania viendo horas de su canal favorito. Tambien para todos los doctors y enfermeras de Primary’s Children Hospital que pasaron horas ayudandola a sentirse major.

A kayla le sobreviven sus amados padres, Diana Torres y Armando Huerta; Su Hermana Denise Lopez Sus Hermanos, Fernando Hernandez, Cris Lopez, Armando y Marco Huerta; Sus Abuelos, Martin y Leticia Torres y Graciela Vieyra; Sus Tios Omar y Osvaldo Torres.

La Familia le gustaria que a todos los que puedan asisitir por favor vesitirse de Blanco. El Dia Martes para misa y funeral. Gracias y dios los bendiga!

Una misa funeral se iniciará 10:00 a.m. el Martes 21 de Junio en St. Lawrence Catholic Church ( 5 S. 100 W. , Heber City , UT ). Amigos y familiares están invitados a una visita Lunes por la noche de 6-8 p.m. en Probst Family Funeral Home ( 79 E. Main St., Midway , UT ). La sepultura seguirá en el Heber City Cemetery.
