Karma Ford

Karma Ford, age 83, passed from this world surrounded by her family on July 9, 2024, at her home in Wallsburg, Utah.

Karma was born to Verl and Merle Wright on August 1, 1940, in Heber City, Utah. She married her sweetheart Harold Ford on May 4, 1957.

She had a wide range of hobbies she loved, not limited to gardening, diamond art, puzzles, quilting, traveling and crocheting. She was well known in communities for the blankets that she crafted with great care. She donated them annually to Primary Children’s Hospital, expectant mothers and seniors at care facilities during Christmas. However, the activity closest to her heart, was spending time with her family. She deeply adored her sisters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Karma was dear to many and will be missed by all. She is survived by her daughter Dawnette (Kent) Limb; her grandchildren Jeramy Jacobsen, Janae (Christine) Jacobsen, Justin (Melissa) Jacobsen; her great-grandchildren Libby (Abraham) Sotelo, Nikkie Sutera, Teagan Jacobsen, Kaylden Jacobsen, Ryan (Kourtni) Mietchen, Andrea (Dylan) Nelson, Marci (Joe)Rosendahl, Jarrod (Sunny)Hayes, Dean Rosendahl, Tyler Jacobsen, Dawson Jacobsen, Dylan Jacobsen; and her great-great-grandchildren Nixxon Bringhurst, Harper Bringhurst, Tuff Leland, Kinzlee Johnson, Remi Mietchen, and Josie Sotelo.; and her 4 sisters, nieces and nephews and many more.

She is preceded in death by her husband Harold Ford (2001); her son Travis Ford (1984); her father Verl Wright; her mother Merle Wright; and her brother Blake Wright.

Family wanted to express a special thank you to Deputy Guyman, the Wasatch Sherrif’s Office, along with members of the Wasatch ambulance crew for their professionalism and emotional support that was provided to Karma’s immediate family in their time of sorrow.

An evening viewing will be held on Sunday, July 14, 2024, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Probst Family Funerals, 79 East Main Street, Midway, UT 84049. A morning viewing will be held on Monday, July 15, 2024, from 9:00 to 11:00 AM with the service to follow at 11:30 AM at the Wallsburg Chapel, 494 West Main Canyon Road, Wallsburg, UT 84082. Interment will take place at the Wallsburg City Cemetery following the services.
