On July 16, 2016 our beautiful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend left us unexpectedly to rejoin her family and Father in heaven.
Judy Webster Mair was born a twin on September 29, 1946 to Clark Webster and Nellie Janeice Watkins in Heber City. She attended and graduated from Wasatch High School in 1964, and married her lifelong sweetheart Clinton Mair in the Salt Lake Temple on November 22, 1963. Together they raised 4 children: Connie (Alex) Parker, Karen Mair, Marc (Luara) Mair, and Mont (Natalie) Mair. Later they were blessed with 9 grandchildren: Lacie (Justin), Jacie, Kyle, Ty, Cassidee, Maddison, Brienne, and Devyn.
Judy was an avid outdoors woman and always on the go. She spent many years hunting, camping, and being outside enjoying the sun. She loved staying active and often would be seen working in her yard or on the road going for a walk or bike rides. She was never afraid of hard work or any other challenge. She was very dedicated and hard worker and made many close friends throughout the years. There wasn’t a person that she met that didn’t love her. Her personality was unlike any other, genuine and real, black and white, and instantly infectious. She had a quick wit and was always up for a good laugh. Her baby blue eyes and silver white hair were unmistakable and her smile gave off an instant feel of love and warmth. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ and Latter-day Saints, and a firm believer in our Lord and Savior. She had a strong testament of the church and a belief that her family will be together again.
Judy’s family was her world and she always seemed to know where she was needed. You could always find her right in the middle of any situation making it better or more fun. Her motto was “A family that plays together, stays together” and she was right. She made a family that is strong, supportive and always together. Our world has been forever changed and an empty hole left in our hearts but her strong values will be forever instilled within us all. She will be forever deeply missed but never forgotten.
She is survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, brothers: Bert (Gaye) Webster and Dyle (Carol) Webster, her twin sister: Joyce Lavergne, brother-in-law: Ray Mair, sister-in-law, Marva Webster, along with many nieces and nephews and countless friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, in-laws, grandson: Drew Z Mair, brother: Barney Webster, brother-in-law: Bud Lavergne, and niece: Karri Lynn Webster.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00pm in the Charleston Ward on Wednesday, July 20, 2016. There will be a viewing from 6:00-8:00pm the evening before and again from 11:00am-12:00pm before the funeral both viewings will be at the church. Burial will be in the Charleston Cemetery.
