John David McGrath lived in Wittmann, AZ and passed away August 15, 2018 in Utah. Was born in Hamilton, Ohio.
After graduating High School he enlisted in the United States Air Force.
John loved talking on Ham radios and talking to people all around the world. He was a coach and mentor to many people through out his life. He and his wife of 49 years loved to volunteer which lead them to volunteer/work in a campground in Northern Utah. Upon starting their 16th season shortly after arriving to their "Happy Place" he was called to his Heavenly Home.
John is survived by his wife Charlene, daughter Michelle(Ron), grandsons Tyler and Jacob, brothers Jerry (Joyce) Tim (Linda) Tom (Ann) and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers please make a donation to a charity of your choice or take some time and go out and volunteer in John's name.
Celebration of Life memorial at Jordanelle State Park, Utah event center on Tuesday, August 21 at 3pm.
