Joe Errol Giles (Joey) 1962-2017
Wonderful husband ,Son, Father, Grandpa and Uncle, passed away peacefully in his sleep
after fighting a battle of pneumonia, and other ailments. He was so happy to be in his new home.
Joe was born in September 1962 to Joseph Eugene Giles and Peggy Gale Giles in Heber City, Utah. He was the youngest in his family. His childhood was busy and fun. He learned how to water ski, ride horses, hunt and fish. He loved spending time sleeping outside and spent countless hours in the Little Pole Cabin, either fixing it up or getting it ready for the hunts. Loved to go fishing and hunting, with his boys, brother, Dad and nephews. He was part of the crew that brought the Gun club back into the Heber Valley. Great teacher for Hunters Education making sure everyone learned how to handle a gun safely. His sons were included!!!
Joe was a very talented cabinet maker and owned his own cabinet shop. His custom cabinets won the Parade of Homes show in 1995. He was an avid snowmobile rider, as long as it was an 'Artic cat'. Joe had a huge heart ad would help anyone with anything he was able to help with.
Joe married Susan Ivie in 1981. They had two sons Colby Joe, and Brady Michael. Later divorced. In 1999 Joe married Monta Crook and together raised two sons CaHugh and Demps Hugh Giles.
Putting all of those boys together we have a very rowdy and wonderful family!! Joe is survived by his wife of 17 years, Mother and Father, sons, a beautiful daughter-in-law Brandi, two grandsons and two granddaughters.
