Jeff Brisk passed away on July 19, 2018. Jeff was born on February 18, 1961 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Jeff enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding horses and spending time with friends and family. He received his Eagle Scout Award by the time he was 14. He loved spending time working on his demolition cars and participating in the derby.
He is survived by Jerry and DeAnne, sons Shawn (Holly) Brisk, Bryant; grandsons Wyatt, Haygen and Kolton. Preceded in death by his two children Misty and Ryan.
We would like to thank Jeff’s special friend and caregiver Rhetta Welch. And a special thanks to Lisa Nelson his nurse for all her loving care.
A graveside service will be held Monday, July 23, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Heber City Cemetery.
