Jean Mortensen

On August 13th our sweet, loving mother, grandmother and friend Jean Mortensen finished her earthly journey with her family by her side and moved on to be with her loved ones on the other side. Jean was a friend to everyone who passed her by. She loved her family dearly, Her grand girls were the light of her life. She spent countless hours instilling in them what really matters in life. She was often found pulling weeds around her beloved roses and yard. She loved to garden and was always working hard. Through many challenges in life she always kept faith when times were lean. She loved unconditionally and will be missed tremendously by everyone. We can't imagine how sweet the reunion on the other side was the day she was called home.
She is survived by her sons Gary (Connie) Mortensen, Cody Mortensen, grand kids Chloe (Wyatt) Cupp, Ian Crook, Shelbie, Maecey, and Raylee Mortensen. Great grand kids Damian, Sayre and Tavia.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ray, 3 daughters Connie, Gerri and Karla.
The family would like to give a special thanks to the amazing doctors and hospice nurses who took good care of her at the end.
