Jane Clayburn Larsen, age 56, passed away Tuesday January 1, 2019 in Provo Utah from respiratory failure and end stage renal kidney failure. She was born March 17, 1962, youngest child of Theron David and Cora Henline Clayburn. She married Roy Alan Larsen from Wallsburg and together they raised their son, Ryker Rex Young. Jane is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She grew up in Charleston and graduated from Wasatch High School. Jane worked hard all her life starting around the age of 10 helping in the small cafe her Mom and Dad operated and worked for them for over 17 years. She was a great cook and also worked at the Hub and the Wagon Wheel for many years. Her favorite job was the last job she had, working for Danville Services. She truly loved the patrons who were part of that group. Her favorite thing was to go deer hunting with Roy and her family and to cook for all of them. She claimed that she was always first to spot the deer. Jane is Survived by her son, Ryker, three siblings: Paul and Virginia of Tremonton, Pamela McDonald of Midway, and Scott and Julie of Charleston, sister-in-law, Malyne Clayburn of Washington, Roy's children: Brenda, Rex and Tiffany, Alan and Kelly Larsen; mother-in-law, Joyce Larsen, sister-in-law Cathy Baker, brother-in-law Jesse and Lorena Larsen, many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and friends. Jane is Preceded in death by her parents, her husband Roy, brother Alan, niece Calista, sister Linda, father-in-law Roy Larsen Sr. The family would like to thank all those who were so kind and took such good care of her at LDS hospital, Rocky Mountain Care Center, Utah Valley ICU and especially Nick and the gang at the Heber Valley Dialysis Center. A graveside service will be held at the Charleston Cemetery, Tuesday Jan. 8 at 12:00 p.m.
