Grant Beck Probst

Grant Beck Probst passed away on October 24, 2017. He was born to Nephi and Beth Probst on July 9, 1926. He married Barbara Jean McAfee in the Salt Lake City Temple by Spencer W. Kimball July 27, 1948. Together they had six children Stephen (Beth), Lynn (Ron Williams), Mack (Sandee), Van (Kay), Kathy (Danny Sanders), Kristi (Brent Taylor). Survived by seven brothers and sisters Faye, Emery, Geniel, Evan, Kyle, Paul and Janice. Preceded in death by Verle and Boyd.

Grant ranched in Northern California for several years and ran Stockmans Supply Store. He served in many church callings including Branch President in Loma Rica, California, as Bishop of the Gridley 2nd Ward, High councilman and many more. He is loved and respected by all.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. in the Fort Midway Ward Chapel (1102 S. Center St., Midway) on Monday, October 30, 2017. There will be a viewing prior to the service from 9:30-10:30 A.M. Interment will follow in the Heber City Cemetery.
