Gloria Faye Carter Healey 78, of Heber died peacefully on August 24, 2019 in St. Marks Hospital with her family members at her side. Gloria was the oldest of 6 children born to Fay and James Carter on Sept. 25, 1940.
She grew up on a dairy farm in Lehi, Utah. She met and married Donald Frank Healey on Feb. 13, 1959 and was later sealed in the Salt Lake City Temple on Feb. 14, 1964. Together they had 4 children; Donald F Healey Jr., Heber; Savonnah (Lee) Evans, Kearns; Douglas (Tami) Healey, Heber; Austin (Melissa) Healey, Heber. They have 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She is survived by her siblings; Jinny Mair, Heber; Shirley (Brent) Peterson, Orem; Dee (Sue) Carter, Lindon; Carlin Phillips, Pleasant Grove; Rickey (Lorraine) Carter, Lindon. Gloria is preceded in death by her husband Donald F Healey Sr.; Parents James & Fay Carter; In-laws Harold & Vaudis Healey and Brother-in-law Larry Mair.
Gloria loved collecting Christmas houses, she loved to go camping and riding on the truck with her husband. She moved with her husband when he was stationed in Corpus Christi, Texas and San Diego, California while he was in the Navy. Her greatest joy in this life were her children and grandchildren.

Friends may call for a visitation Tue. Sept. 3, 2019 from 9-10:30 am at the Heber 5th Ward building at 150 N 200 W in Heber. A Funeral service will follow in the Chapel at 11:00 am. Graveside dedication will be held in the Alpine City Cemetery at 2:30 pm at 400 Grove Drive, Alpine, Utah.
