Evangeline Denise Reiss

Evangeline Denise Reiss, cherished daughter of Jacosa and Zachary Reiss, was born sleeping on September 15, 2022 at 34 weeks. She was silently delivered to our arms in the Nampa, Idaho Saint Alphonsus Hospital surrounded by many loved ones and angels.

The name Evangeline means “bearer of good news”. The “good news” that she will continually remind us of is that we will see her again. That thanks to our Savior, Jesus Christ, she will join us in the Resurrection. Despite having so little time with her, we are grateful for her powerful influence in our lives and the lives of our friends and family.

She is survived by her sister and brother (Dallie and Silas), her grandparents (Brad and Carolyn Graham; David and Becky Reiss) and many aunts, uncles, and cousins who adore her. We look forward to the day when we will be reunited. Graveside services will be held Saturday, September 24, 2022 at the Charleston Town Cemetery at 11:00 AM. She will be laid to rest with her great grandmother, June Albiston.
