Donna Wilkerson

Our beloved Donna Rasmussen Wilkerson passed away peacefully On November 30, 2022, in Heber City Utah. She was 94 years old. Donna was born on April 23, 1928, in Roosevelt Utah to Albert Calvin Rasmussen and Golda Snow Rasmussen she was the second oldest of 12 siblings.
She married Lance Sircarrel Wilkerson on May 2, 1948 and was the proud mother of Judy, Lance, Glenn, Garth, Tracy, and Gene, and also a loving participant as a Den Mother, in the Mothers Club, Rook Club, and square dancing with her husband.
Donna had a profound love for her large immediate and extended family, making sure she attended every family reunion, wedding, birthday celebration, and funeral she could. Donna loved traveling, painting, crocheting, reading, and participating in the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers and of course her Red Hats chapter in Hurricane, Utah. Donna was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and deeply loved the gospel.
She is survived by her siblings Vee, and Lyle Taylor, Clyde Rasmussen, Lyman & JoAnn Rasmussen, Kenneth, and Toni Rasmussen, Sue Rasmussen, and Sandra Mosley, her grandchildren Nichole, Bobbi Jo, Judy, Sloan, Calvin, Christian, Steven, and Kristine.
She is preceded in death by her husband (Carl) Lance Sircarrel Wilkerson, children Judy, Garth, Lance, Gene, Tracy, and Glenn. Her grandson Lance and Siblings Jennie & William Latham, Gale Rasmussen, Vera & Gene Cook, Bonnie & Bernie House, and Dean Rasmussen.
She will be missed by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and all of the greats in between.
Services will be held Saturday, December 10th at the LDS Chapel located at 130 South 300 East Duchesne, Utah. A viewing will be held Saturday morning from 10:00 to 11:00 am with the funeral service starting at 11:30. Donna’s final resting place will be next to Carl at the Duchesne City cemetery following the funeral service.
