David Joel Kinsinger, beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away on December 23, 2025. He was born on October 2, 1954, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Howard and Eva Kinsinger. He grew up in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he later attended Brattleboro Union High School in Brattleboro, Vermont.
From his early childhood, Dave exhibited a vibrant passion for sports and competition, engaging in football, track, and hockey. His enthusiasm for music was evident as he played the trumpet, showcasing one of his many interests. This love for action and the great outdoors followed him throughout his life, manifested in hobbies that included motorcycles, fast cars, big trucks, and skiing. His passion for skiing ultimately drew him to the scenic landscapes of Utah.
A man of diverse talents, Dave pursued various careers throughout his life, managing AutoZone and working for the power company, before ultimately taking pride in being a fleet manager. In his later years, he founded and ran his property maintenance business, regarding his clients not merely as customers but as close friends and extended family. The satisfaction he derived from serving others was a testament to his character.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Dave cherished the moments spent with his grandchildren, seldom missing their activities and always eager to dispense guidance and support. His faith was a cornerstone of his life; he loved the Lord dearly and strived to embody his beliefs daily.
After a courageous 15-year journey with prostate cancer, Dave transitioned peacefully into the presence of Jesus. He is survived by his three children, Sterling, Mike, and Jennifer, along with his 14 grandchildren, his older sister, Judy, and his younger brother, Dan.
His parents, Howard and Eva Kinsinger, precede him in death.
A memorial service to celebrate and honor Dave's life will be held on February 28, 2025, at 2:00 PM, at 1400 Bittner Rd, Park City, UT.
