On January 9, 2015 Danielle Baker returned to the loving arms of her Heavenly Father and was joyously reunited with her Grandma Marge & Grandma Jessie. Born May 9, 1978 to Robert (Bob) and Paula Hendricksen Baker.
Danielle was a fierce fighter as evidence by her warrior attitude as she battled daily with a physical body that so often refused to comply with her strong mind and will. Following a near-fatal accident 17 years ago Danielle proved the medical profession wrong by not only surviving but pressing forward and accomplished far more – both physically and mentally – than anyone ever dreamed she could do. She was an inspiration to all who knew her. She was an amazing person with incredible strength, determination, and attitude. She endured intense trial with a bright and contagious smile. She embraced life with all she had, especially after her accident.
Danielle was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She loved attending the temple whenever possible and it was this firm connection with her Savior, Jesus Christ, which enabled her to endure such a challenging earthly existence.
Danielle is preceded in death by her grandparents: Bob and Jessie Baker, Paul and Marge Hendricksen.
Danielle is survived by her parents, Bob and Paula Baker, her brothers: Shayne (Zabrina), Jerremy (Cindy), Doug (Jess), Tony Baker and Terry Worthen, her sister/niece Amanda Baker and many nieces and nephews whom she loved as her own.
