Dan Gary Rogers

Gary was born on May 1, 1942 to Dan Terrance and Myrlene Rogers in Snowflake, Arizona. He resided in many locations through his life due to his father serving in the Air Force. Gary served an LDS Mission in Argentina. Upon returning he went to school at the Church College of Hawaii and then graduated from BYU.

He married Myrna Bartholomew in 1968 and had 5 children and later divorced.
Gary married Christy Anderson in 1989 and combined their two families with nine children between them. He enjoyed art work and writing. He loved the gospel, family history and served in 4 temples.

He lost his 16-year battle with heart disease at home on August 12, 2018.

Preceded in death by his parents and sister Jan Danylchuck.

He is survived by his wife Christy, Brother Alan (Jo) Rogers. Children Dan (Jonas) Rogers, Dewi Bjarnson, David (Debra) Rogers, Doug (Cindy) Rogers, Raymond (Abbie) Rogers, Matt (Holly) Brimhall, Jeff (Angie) Brimhall, Andy (Heather) Brimhall, Melissa (Matt) Smith. Also 38 Grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be held Wednesday, August 15, 2018 from 6-8 PM at the LDS Chapel, 8273 Simpson Springs Road, Eagle Mountain 84005.

Funeral services will be held, Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 11 AM with additional viewing from 9:30-10:30 AM at the LDS Chapel, 8273 Simpson Springs Road, Eagle Mountain 84005. Interment at Camp Williams Cemetery.
