Cindy Montgomery Fitzgerald

Cindy Montgomery Fitzgerald passed away peacefully on November 30, 2019. She was born on December 26, 1951, to Clyde W and Connie Casper Montgomery in Heber, Utah. She attended Wasatch High School and Snow College. Cindy worked as a Teacher’s Aide. She also worked at Danville and loved the clients. She was a Primary Teacher and a Relief Society Teacher. She was an excellent cook and seamstress and she enjoyed making Pecan Logs and Christmas cookies for friends and family.

Cindy married Athel Bonner Fitzgerald II on October 5, 1973 and they were later sealed in the Provo Temple.

She is survived by; husband Athel Fitzgerald; children Brett (Jana), Chad, and Misty Fitzgerald all of Heber, Utah; grandsons Tyler, Hagen (Cheyanne) Fitzgerald; great granddaughter Jenikka Fitzgerald; brother Wayne (Debbie) Montgomery of Preston, Idaho; sister Kelly Montgomery of Washington Terrance, Utah; nephew Scott (Buffi) Montgomery of Preston, Idaho.

She was preceded in death by her parents Clyde and Connie and niece Julie Montgomery.

Funeral services will be held at the Heber North Stake Center (500 North 500 East) on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 11 am. A viewing will be held at the church on Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 pm as well as one hour prior to the service on Thursday. Interment will follow at the Heber City Cemetery.
