Bonnie Pyper Davis, 84, of Wallsburg, UT passed away January 3, 2016 at her home surrounded by family. Known affectionately as “Boo” to family and friends, Sarah Bonnie Pyper was born February 11, 1931 in Heber City, UT to George Albert “Sandy” Pyper and Alta Belva Sorenson.
Bonnie was raised in Heber City and was a graduate of Wasatch High School. She started working at a young age, was a hard worker, and was as unselfish as they come. After 25 years of service, Bonnie retired from Signetics Corp., where she made many lasting friendships. She enjoyed, and excelled at various crafts over the years; Sewing, knitting, crocheting, to name a few, and loved spending time with her family.
Bonnie’s valiant battle with cancer over the past several years has taught all who knew her to never give up, and to face life’s trials with humor, grace, and dignity. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survived by her loving husband Lyle; children: Gail “G P” Sessions (Maria), Orting, WA; Jeanne McNeil, American Fork; Kenny Davis (Toni) Saratoga Springs; Shirley Wallace (Mark) Pendleton OR; Verna Carnesseca (Brad) Mesquite, NV; Patty Krom Pendleton OR; sisters: Belva Ford (Clark), Wallsburg; Sandra Wilkins (Myron), American Fork; brothers: George “Ted” Pyper (Valera) Salt Lake; and Theron Pyper, Seattle, WA; 22 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 7 great great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents; sons Jeffery and Keith; and her brother Ralph.
At her request, there will be no funeral services. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, February 6th at 1:00 pm at the Wallsburg Town Hall. Family and friends are invited to attend and to share a favorite memory of Bonnie. A light luncheon will be served. Condolences maybe shared online at
