Beth S. Mankin

Beth Sabey Mankin, 79, of Wallsburg, Utah was born on December 5, 1942 in Wallsburg, Utah to Elmo Davis Sabey and Fern Graham Sabey. She passed away peacefully on March 16, 2022 surrounded by her family.

Beth lived in her hometown of Wallsburg, Utah all her life. She married her sweetheart, Kenneth Elmo Mankin, on September 26, 1964 and who passed away on June 10, 2013. Their marriage was later solemnized in Salt Lake City at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Temple in September 1964. Beth graduated from The School for the Deaf & Blind in Ogden, Utah in 1964.

Beth loved crafts, puzzles and looking after animals. She loved being outdoors with her Hubby and going to Cabela’s and Scheels along with driving around with her Hubby.

Beth is preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother Dee Sabey.

Beth is survived by her son Rex Kenneth Mankin and daughter-in-law Leona Broom, brother Edd (Marie) Sabey and sister Yvonne Thompson.

A viewing will be held March 24, 2022 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM and on March 25, 2022 from 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM. Services will be on March 25, 2022 at 11:00 AM. The viewings and services will be at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 494 W Main Canyon Rd, Wallsburg, Utah, 84082
