Barbara Rose, 62, peacefully passed away on January 6, 2024, as she slept at her home in Heber City, Utah. She was born on July 28, 1961, to Verl G. and Mable Henline Rose in Heber City, Utah.
Barbara attended school in Heber City, Utah, and graduated from Wasatch High School. Upon graduation, Barbara earned her CNA license and moved to Springville, Utah, to work. She met and married Robert Babe Ruth, and together they continued to make their home in Springville until his death. To be closer to family, Barbara moved to West Jordan, Utah, and there made many friends though neighborhood and church activities.
Barbara was always very independent and returned to live in Heber City, Utah “on my own.” There she had so many kind, loving friends; which her family wishes to acknowledge. Your heartfelt acts of service, talents, and friendship along with medical assistance and companionship are greatly appreciated.
Although Barbara loved spending time with her siblings, she especially loved doting on her nieces and nephews, showering them with love, attention, and presents. She was an excellent caregiver. It would be impossible to find a better “Mothers Helper.” Barbara was also the planner of family events and get togethers. She scheduled birthday parties, barbecues, and monthly picnics at the park. Barbara loved good movies and a good laugh. She loved to crochet and paint ceramics and often gifted her work to others. She was truly selfless.
The Heavens rejoice, the Angels sing
She has returned, she is pristine.
Barbara is survived by her siblings: Cheryl (Michael) Elton, West Jordan, Utah, Jay (Lorraine) Rose, Heber City, Utah, Sara (LaMar) Gatherum, Holladay, Utah, Clyde (Michelle) Crook, Daniel, Utah, Carol (David) Blair, Heber City, Utah, Clint (Ronda) Crook, Tabiona, Utah.
