Antony “Tony” Patrick Dugmore our loving husband, father, brother, papa and friend passed away unexpectedly on October 4, 2020 in a tragic UTV accident doing what he loved, hunting in the mountains and four wheeling.
Born January 14th, 1959 in Petaluma, California to Alton Patrick Dugmore and Mary Louise Chase Dugmore.
Tony was blessed with two daughters whom he loved so much, Franchesca and Natalie. He was the perfect father and his girls couldn’t ask for anything better. He taught them so many things and loved them without limits.
Tony found his soulmate and married the love of his life, Brenda Kay Wiley Dugmore on September 25th, 2008 On the island of Maui, Hawaii. They loved spending as much time together as possible. Tony and Brenda shared many adventures together. He loved being in the mountains. As a stage 4 cancer survivor, he lived a big life and had even “bigger” dreams. He had a genuine love for everyone he met and was loved by all who knew him.
He had a love for animals and did some volunteer transporting and fostering for Paws for Life. Where they adopted Cooper and Little Pig.
No matter what was going on, Tony was always happy and smiling. He always saw the good side to everything. Tony was always cracking jokes, he had a way of leaving everyone with a smile, he would drop everything to help anyone in need.
He loved doing things with his grandchildren and especially seeing his daughter Natalie and grandchild, Makelle, every day at the job that he loved. Tony worked at Avalon Care Center in Bountiful as the Maintenance Director. He loved his job and everyone that he worked with and also the residents. Tony and Brenda took great care of his mom for the past three years before she passed on March 8th, 2020 in their loving home.
He was preceded in death by his parents Alton Patrick Dugmore and Mary Louise Chase Olsen and stepfather, Wayne Olsen. He is survived by his wife Brenda K Dugmore, his brother William “Billy” Dugmore (Molly), his two daughters, Franchesca (Ryan) Williams, Natalie (Tyler) Melendez. Grandchildren Makenna, Degan, and Makelle Melendez, Aiyla and Novak Williams. His stepchildren, Brooke, Wesley and Kaylee Moon. Also, his step grandchildren Kobe and Jayden Barney. Bretton ,Tessie and Londyn Stone. Elijah Jackson. And his only niece, Billi McCoy.
An open house Memorial will be held Sunday, November 8th, 2020 from 2-4 pm at 816 Snowberry Lane, Farmington, Utah, 84025. There will also be a celebration of life in 2021.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to any Chase Bank to Brenda and Antony Dugmore, to assist with final funeral expenses and the remaining cancer treatment bills. Also, those that wish can also contribute to Paws for Life
