"Ann" Fata, 87, of Elizaville, New York died Thursday, April 7th, 2016 at home, in Park City, Utah.
Born January 7th, 1929 in Mt. Vernon, NY to Anna and Carl Carlson, Ann spent her school years in Valhalla before marrying the late Carl Fata of White Plains, where they lived until
moving to Somers in 1968.
While raising their 3 daughters, Ann was employed by the Hartford Insurance Company in Mt.
Kisco, NY as a transcription secretary for 10+ years before retiring to Elizaville, NY in 1985.
Ann will be remembered for her thoughtful, caring, giving and loving ways; BEST MOM EVER! She is survived by her 3 daughters: Ruth (Scott) Call and Karen (Bill) Gibbs of Park City, UT, and
Lorrie (Dan) Schmidt of Monticello, NY, and four grandchildren, Allie Call, Paige Gibbs, Kyle Schmidt, and Karl Schmidt.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 16th, 2016 at 11:00AM at the Elizaville Methodist Church Cemetery, 740 Route. 2 in Elizaville, NY, with an open house to honor
Ann's life to follow at the adjoining Church Hall.
"Ann" Fata, 87, of Elizaville, New York died Thursday, April 7th, 2016 at home, in Park City, Utah.
Born January 7th, 1929 in Mt. Vernon, NY to Anna and Carl Carlson, Ann spent her school years in Valhalla before marrying the late Carl Fata of White Plains, where they lived until
moving to Somers in 1968.
