Margaret Christine Haycock/Smith/Dudley "Chris" 1964-2015 Chris Smith, 51, lost her long fought battle to lung cancer on Aug. 24, 2015 at 3:55 am. Chris was born July 20, 1964, in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is survived by her daughters Nicole and Tiffany Smith, fiancé JoeDe Dudley, sisters Jean Eskelson (Ron), Tammy Strahan (Jerry), brothers Alvin Perkes and Kenneth (Carol) Perkes, many nieces/nephews and families (Nick and MaryKay Dudley) that took her in as her own. She is preceded in death by her father Morris Haycock, mother Alice Perkes, two brothers and one sister. Celebration of life will be held from 3 - 6 pm, Friday, August 28th at the Wallsburg Town Hall. Chris had a love for animals, especially her beloved dog BellaJean. During her time at Huntsman Cancer Institute she enjoyed the therapy dogs that were brought in to brighten everyone's day. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her honor to: Intermountain Therapy Animals PO Box 17201 Salt Lake City, Utah 84117
